Responsibilities
- Work closely with a mentor and other team members to apply engineering knowledge.
- Participate in designing and testing combustion devices for Neutron.
- Attend frequent 1:1 meetings for guidance and progress updates.
- Engage in tech talks and networking events with peers and employees.
- Collaborate with high-performing teams to solve engineering challenges.
- Contribute to the development projects with minimal supervision.
- Learn and grow professionally in the aerospace industry.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in an engineering, physics, or math degree program with at least one semester remaining.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and small teams.
- Experience with CAD/CAM is a plus.
- Knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing is preferred.
- Must be able to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
