Responsibilities
- Collaborate with mentors and team members to apply engineering concepts.
- Design and test structures and components for the Neutron rocket.
- Assist in firing up new Archimedes engines.
- Set up launch pads and test sites for Neutron across the U.S.
- Participate in tech talks and networking events.
- Provide progress updates during frequent 1:1 meetings with mentors.
- Contribute to real engineering challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Must be enrolled in an engineering, physics, or math degree program.
- GPA of 3.0 or above.
- At least 3 months of applied engineering experience.
- Ability to work full-time on-site for a minimum of 12 weeks.
- Experience with CAD/CAM is a plus.
- Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing experience is desirable.
- Must thrive in ambiguity and work well in small teams.
