Responsibilities
- Design and develop the battery and vehicle’s high voltage (HV) bus system.
- Conduct analysis and optimization of HV bus behavior, addressing capacitance, inductance, and resistance.
- Ensure designs meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and risk assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of HV systems.
- Support test plans for high voltage components, including verification and reliability testing.
- Drive the HV battery technology roadmap and adapt to dynamic development timelines.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in Battery/Automotive/Aerospace or related industries.
- Hands-on experience in HV DC system design and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of High Voltage safety principles and regulatory standards.
- Familiarity with engineering analysis and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Matlab).
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Experience with automated requirements management and issue tracking tools.
