Responsibilities
- Design and develop the battery and vehicle’s high voltage (HV) bus system.
- Conduct analysis and optimization of HV bus behavior.
- Ensure HV systems meet safety standards and regulatory requirements.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEAs) and risk assessments.
- Evaluate and integrate HV components for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integration of HV systems.
- Support testing and validation of high voltage components and systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 7+ years of experience in Battery/Automotive/Aerospace industries.
- Hands-on experience in HV DC system design and analysis.
- Expertise in High Voltage safety principles.
- Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards (FMVSS 305, UN38.3, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of electrical interfaces between HV battery and vehicle architecture.
- Proficient in engineering analysis and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE, Matlab/Simulink).
