Responsibilities
- Lead programs involving complex technology projects, particularly those intersecting with hardware and software.
- Take ownership of programs, briefing leadership and diving into technical details to unblock teams.
- Make pragmatic decisions and trade-offs to meet critical timelines.
- Present options clearly to manage ambiguity for leadership.
- Drive accountability through influence rather than authority.
- Mentor other TPMs to enhance their skills.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Program Management on deep tech products.
- Hands-on experience with ML-based products and metrics-driven analysis.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with external partners.
- Preferred experience with ADAS systems, Robotaxis, and/or Robotics.
- Enjoyment of prototyping side projects in spare time.
