Responsibilities
- Support feature champions and partners for production and service initiatives.
- Plan and maintain technical schedules and execution plans for software product development programs.
- Drive cross-functional software programs related to manufacturing and service operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to achieve business and technical goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and mitigate risks related to production and service deliverables.
- Evaluate technical designs for feasibility and quality within manufacturing and service contexts.
- Provide leadership to prioritize issues impacting production and service timelines.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science or Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with 5+ years of experience.
- 8+ years of Technical or Engineering Program Management experience in production/service.
- Familiarity with Systems Engineering principles in manufacturing or after-sales service.
- Experience with Software Development Lifecycle in production and service contexts.
- Knowledge of Test and validation processes relevant to manufacturing and service.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Expertise in agile and waterfall development processes using program management tools.
