Responsibilities
- Support feature champion and partner structure for production and service initiatives.
- Plan and maintain technical schedules and execution plans for multiple software product development programs.
- Drive cross-functional software programs related to manufacturing and service operations.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical partners to achieve business and technical goals.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and mitigate dependencies and risks.
- Ensure technical designs are evaluated for feasibility, scalability, and quality.
- Provide leadership to prioritize issues impacting production and service timelines.
Job Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in production or service environments.
- 8+ years of Technical or Engineering Program Management experience.
- Experience with Systems Engineering principles and Software Development Lifecycle.
- Knowledge of test and validation processes in manufacturing and service environments.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in agile and waterfall development processes and tools like Jira.
