Responsibilities
- Design and optimize solutions for new and existing products
- Engage in concept ideation, analysis, and prototype development
- Create simulations for vapor compression cycle behavior and system performance
- Devise fabrication methods, testing, and evaluate test results
- Develop technology paths with prototypes that represent critical functionality
- Coordinate customer testing and early-stage VOC using agile project management
- Advise engineering teams on analysis tools and problem-solving
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years of experience in heat transfer, mechanical design, and optimization
- Knowledge of analysis & system development tools (e.g., ANSYS, MATLAB, SolidWorks)
- Experience with computational modeling and virtual prototypes
- Strong prioritization and task management skills
- Professional mentoring and communication skills
- Ability to work constructively with internal teams and external partners
