Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing and supplier management for propulsion components.
- Develop and execute supply chain strategies, including supplier selection and capacity planning.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Planning to influence design for manufacturability.
- Drive supplier performance through risk management and contract negotiations.
- Mentor other team members on aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Act as a thought leader for propulsion commodities and improve sourcing processes.
- Ensure alignment of procurement with program milestones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement.
- Experience managing suppliers for complex aerospace commodities.
- Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing agreements.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (LN, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Knowledge of aerospace manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with aerospace raw materials and processing methods.
