Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a design team for launch vehicle integrated structures.
- Oversee hardware ownership throughout the full product lifecycle.
- Coordinate changes and facilitate resolution of integration and development issues.
- Conduct cross-functional trade & impact studies.
- Maintain configuration management standards for the Terran R vehicle.
- Mentor design engineers across the organization.
- Communicate effectively with teams and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with large, complex CAD assemblies in NX & Teamcenter.
- Direct product configuration management experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of mechanical engineering design and testing.
- Proficiency in ASME Y14.100, Y14.5, Y14.41.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Nice to have: Expertise in launch vehicle design and ERP/MES systems.
