Responsibilities
- Responsible for civil and structural design and engineering for launch and test infrastructures.
- Create engineering drawings, design documents, and reports.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams on architectural and structural requirements.
- Provide technical engineering support during procurement, construction, and maintenance.
- Work closely with test and launch team members across various disciplines.
- Manage and report project progress to remote management.
- Utilize CAD programs and structural analysis software in design processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering or related technical discipline.
- 2+ years of civil structural design experience in aerospace or construction.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC).
- Experience with construction management and field supervision.
- Proficiency in CAD programs and structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS).
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage project progress.
- Background check clearance required for on-site work at government partner locations.
