Responsibilities
- Responsible for civil and structural design, engineering, and documentation for launch infrastructures.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to define various engineering requirements.
- Provide technical support throughout the infrastructure procurement, construction, operation, and maintenance process.
- Engage with test and launch team members for project execution and operations.
- Utilize CAD programs and analysis software for design and modeling.
- Manage project progress and report to remote management.
- Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering or related field.
- 2+ years of civil structural design experience in aerospace or construction.
- Familiarity with relevant construction codes and standards (AISC, ACI, ASCE, IBC).
- Proficiency in CAD software and structural analysis tools.
- Ability to adapt in dynamic environments and manage projects effectively.
- Background check clearance for on-site work at government locations.
- Nice to have: 4+ years of experience, P.E. license, advanced degree, experience with aerospace facilities.
