Responsibilities
- Take full accountability for the manufacturing, quality, and delivery of all Terran R components.
- Build, lead, and scale high-performing manufacturing teams and production systems.
- Develop and execute long-term strategies for manufacturing scalability.
- Drive rapid iteration on new production processes.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.
- Ensure seamless integration of design, manufacturability, and production execution.
- Maintain operational efficiency and quality during aggressive ramp-up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in building and scaling manufacturing teams and production lines.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, automation, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Experience driving accountability for manufacturing performance.
- Ability to work effectively with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams.
- Nice to have: Background in manufacturing complex aerospace components and knowledge of aerospace manufacturing standards.
