Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end manufacturing and testing of avionics hardware.
- Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team across manufacturing engineering and production operations.
- Develop and implement scalable manufacturing processes for avionics components.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure products are manufacturable and testable.
- Ensure production and test operations meet schedule, yield, and quality targets.
- Champion automation and lean practices to improve throughput and compliance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in aerospace, automotive, or high-reliability manufacturing.
- Proven experience managing complex electro-mechanical manufacturing and test operations.
- Deep understanding of electronics manufacturing processes.
- Strong familiarity with functional and environmental test execution.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage shifting priorities.
- Experience with spaceflight avionics testing and electronics manufacturing standards is a plus.
