Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of electronics hardware including PCBA design for power, digital, mixed signal, and RF systems.
  • Oversee mechanical hardware design such as enclosures, trays, and thermal management systems.
  • Manage integration tasks including harnessing and vehicle-level packaging.
  • Guide the team through the full product lifecycle from requirements definition to manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, manufacturing, and operations.
  • Drive strategy and decision-making in a fast-paced development environment.
  • Develop the skills of engineering leaders within the team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in developing hardware for mission-critical applications.
  • 7+ years of experience in leading engineering teams.
  • Familiarity with hardware development processes through the full product lifecycle.
  • Experience with electrical CAD tools like Altium and mechanical CAD tools like NX is a plus.
  • Knowledge of environmental testing equipment and EMC/radiation effects design.
  • Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and thermal analysis techniques.
