Responsibilities
- Support the development, qualification, and delivery of high-performance RF systems for space and multi-domain environments.
- Apply engineering principles to ensure designed components and systems meet all requirements such as structural integrity and interface boundaries.
- Interface with multi-disciplinary team members to optimize component and system designs.
- Utilize hardware-based techniques for research and development and design iteration.
- Provide technical support during flight build, test, and delivery.
- Manage and maintain system designs and their associated documentation.
- Utilize SolidWorks PDM system to maintain configuration control.
Job Requirements
- B.S. in Aerospace Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 2+ years of industry experience.
- Experience in development, qualification, and delivery of hardware.
- Knowledge of SolidWorks and experience using SolidWorks PDM.
- Understanding of GD&T per ASME Y14.5 with tolerance analysis capabilities.
- Experience with stress/modal/thermal analysis.
- Must be a US Citizen or US Person.
- Background designing hardware for satellites is a plus.
