Responsibilities
- Develop Manufacturing Data Packages (MDPs) including test instructions and workflow/routing.
- Collaborate with test development engineers on new or existing test hardware and software.
- Support manufacturing areas with troubleshooting and engineering changes.
- Disposition non-conforming material with root cause and corrective action analysis.
- Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance cycle time and reduce costs.
- Develop tools and fixtures to improve ergonomics in processes.
- Maintain a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM and less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of test requirements and operating commercial test equipment.
- Hands-on electronics aptitude and innovative mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and statistical evaluation tools.
- Active DoD security clearance preferred.
