Responsibilities
- Support NPI by troubleshooting issues and stabilizing yields on the production floor.
- Collaborate with Development and R&D Engineers for effective design transfer and process characterization.
- Conduct process capability studies and apply data-driven analysis for improvements.
- Develop standard work and process controls to reduce variability.
- Investigate process deviations and implement corrective actions.
- Create and execute verification protocols, analyze results, and document findings.
- Train and guide technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- 3–7 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Extensive experience with process capability studies and statistical analysis.
- Knowledge of plastic injection molding and automated manufacturing processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with FDA regulations and ISO standards.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and engineering software tools.
