Responsibilities
- Support cross-functional quantum hardware programs by coordinating efforts across scientists, engineers, and project teams.
- Track tasks and deliverables to keep fast-moving R&D work organized and on schedule.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, capturing structured notes from builds, experiments, and meetings to support future work.
- Work alongside current Program Managers on project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and process improvements.
- Work alongside scientists and engineers to integrate advanced quantum computing hardware.
- Create and implement project management solutions to meet the evolving needs of the technical hardware team.
- Own a project that culminates in an impactful result, with a final presentation to technical and business leaders across the organization.
Job Requirements
- Actively enrolled in a bachelor’s, master's, or PhD program required.
- Minimum 1+ years of hardware laboratory experience (coursework inclusive).
- Must be a U.S. Person (citizen, permanent resident, or green card holder).
- Candidates must not be a People's Republic of China national or Russian national unless also a U.S. citizen.
- Currently pursuing a degree in physics, optics, engineering, or equivalent preferred.
- Interest in quantum computing and project management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
