Responsibilities
- Apply mechanical design tools (On Shape, Ansys) for hardware development.
- Create released documentation using GD&T drafting standards.
- Prepare and update manufacturing documentation, including work instructions and SOPs.
- Assist in designing and implementing efficient manufacturing processes.
- Support quality control to maintain adherence to technical specifications.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with R&D, product design, and supply chain teams for product integration.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree minimum.
- U.S. Person status required due to contractual and national security requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing principles (Lean Manufacturing, statistical process control).
- Experience with CAD software (preferably Onshape) and GD&T drafting standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Design for Test, Cost, and Manufacturability experience preferred.
