Responsibilities
- Develop and manage detailed schedules for electrical deliverables on complex R&D and Product Engineering projects.
- Track and manage milestones, including design and manufacturing readiness reviews.
- Coordinate deliverables with cross-functional teams (Software, Mechanical, Test, etc.).
- Support program-level tracking tools to organize activities.
- Coordinate with materials management and subcontractors for on-time delivery.
- Facilitate regular project reviews and status meetings.
- Capture lessons learned from EE production projects for future improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in technical program management for R&D hardware delivery.
- U.S. Person status required due to contractual obligations.
- Experience with electrical engineering design processes.
- Familiarity with project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
- Strong communication skills and experience in collaborative environments.
- Experience with project management methodologies (waterfall, lean, agile).
