Responsibilities
- Understand the overall concept of the company and its services.
- Research, propose ideas and solutions for designated business-focused projects.
- Provide suggestions for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Learn the life cycle of a construction project.
- Develop an understanding of bulk electrical systems management.
- Familiarize with NERC Standards, substation design, BESS design, PV design, and protection.
- Visit construction sites to observe the commissioning process.
Job Requirements
- Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a college program.
- Prior industry experience preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Professionalism and customer focus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel up to 10%.
