Responsibilities
- Understand the overall concept of the company and its services.
- Accept designated business-focused projects to research and propose solutions.
- Provide suggestions for improving customer service and internal processes.
- Learn about the life cycle of a construction project.
- Develop an understanding of Bulk electrical systems and their management.
- Get familiar with NERC Standards, substation design, and PV design.
- Visit construction sites to observe the commissioning process.
Job Requirements
- Currently in the 3rd or 4th year of a college program.
- Prior industry experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Good organizational and scheduling abilities.
- Professionalism and customer focus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
