Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and technical oversight for hardware and firmware-related R&D activities.
- Build and lead a world-class engineering team for power electronics and firmware development.
- Lead the full lifecycle of technology development from R&D to product development.
- Collaborate with global product development to ensure successful technology realization.
- Define and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with product strategies.
- Drive innovation across various energy products including PV inverters and energy storage systems.
- Develop and validate advanced power conversion topologies and control algorithms.
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in renewable energy, power electronics, or related fields.
- PhD or MS in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Extensive experience in hardware and firmware development for power systems.
- Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
- Deep expertise in converter topologies and digital control systems.
- Proficiency with simulation tools and hardware validation methodologies.
- Strong communication skills with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
