Responsibilities
- Build, manage, and inspire a team of production managers, technicians, and manufacturing operations personnel.
- Oversee ramp production and focus on new product introduction (NPI).
- Manage outsourcing initiatives in Mexico and China.
- Handle procurement and inventory management, including overseas warehousing.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics and supplier management.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Act as the primary interface with key company leaders to manage projects and priorities.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of management experience in manufacturing complex hardware systems.
- Experience in taking a complex hardware system from prototype to low volume production.
- Background in leading a manufacturing team in a fast-paced NPI environment.
- Deep understanding of manufacturing systems and supply chain management.
- Experience with international logistics and vendor management.
- Strong leadership skills to promote a collaborative work culture.
- Ability to track and report key performance metrics.
