Responsibilities
- Interprets and modifies existing guidelines for application to problems or processes.
- Prepares complex designs, standards, studies, and analyses.
- Conducts detailed design reviews of technical documents.
- Prepares cost estimates and project evaluations.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree or PE license in an appropriate engineering field.
