Responsibilities
- Define, process, and interpret static and dynamic ground test & flight data.
- Perform, validate, and document structural analyses of vehicle structures.
- Conduct structural and dynamic simulations.
- Collaborate with design and test engineers on design concepts and test requirements.
- Define test requirements and support testing of vehicle subsystems.
- Lead technical projects and programs across disciplines.
- Implement new theory and tools, establishing best practices.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
- U.S. citizenship required due to program requirements.
- Structural analysis experience in the aerospace industry.
- Experience with NX Nastran, NX CAD, and Teamcenter packages.
- For Engineer II, 2+ years of structural analysis experience required.
- Familiarity with sensor selection and data post-processing is a plus.
