Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements for performance metrics in safety and quality.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, and maintenance teams on Material Nonconforming reports.
- Champion calibration tracking of tools and fixtures.
- Develop standard work instructions to improve safety and quality.
- Stay updated on technological advancements affecting production.
- Maintain system documentation for processes and procedures.
- Generate daily reports related to safety and quality.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing a BS Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies like Lean/Six Sigma.
- Understanding of total quality management systems and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
- Strong mathematical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to use inspection equipment like calipers and micrometers.
