Responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements to meet performance metrics.
- Partner with various departments to manage Material Nonconforming reports.
- Champion calibration tracking of tooling and fixtures.
- Develop standard work instructions to enhance safety and quality.
- Stay updated on technological advancements impacting production.
- Maintain documentation for processes and procedures.
- Generate daily reports related to Safety and Quality.
Job Requirements
- Working towards a BS Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
- Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma).
- Understanding of total quality management tools.
- Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents.
- Strong mathematical skills for calculations and analysis.
- Problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
