Responsibilities
- Learn about the forging process and production tracking
- Assist with the purchasing of supplies for the forge shop
- Suggest projects to help improve productivity or reduce variable cost
- Track projects to determine success or failure and the potential impact
- Hold responsibility for individual and group projects
- Perform other projects/duties as needed
Job Requirements
- Minimum second-year student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent
- Strong technical aptitude
- Ability to work independently while interacting closely with other departments, customers, and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Oracle experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work around breaks and school schedule
- U.S. person status required due to ITAR regulations
