Responsibilities
- Engineer electrical systems including power distribution, emergency power, telecom, low voltage, PV/solar, and microgrids.
- Spearhead decarbonization and electrical infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Conduct load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies using analysis tools.
- Perform peer reviews of third-party designs and develop electrical guidelines.
- Oversee the installation and operation of electrical systems, including meters and generators.
- Collaborate with internal clients and ensure project deliverables meet standards.
- Contribute to the growth of the electrical engineering department.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in electrical system design for commercial and industrial buildings.
- Preferred Washington and/or California PE License.
- Proficiency in electrical analysis tools like SKM, EasyPower, and ETAP.
- Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with PowerBI, SQL, DBA, and data analytics is a plus.
- Passion for sustainable energy solutions and electrical design.
