Responsibilities
- Engineer electrical systems, including power distribution and microgrids.
- Spearhead decarbonization and electrical infrastructure upgrade projects.
- Conduct load flow, short circuit, and arc flash studies using analysis tools.
- Conduct peer reviews of third-party designs and develop electrical guidelines.
- Ensure proper installation and operation of meters, generators, and lighting systems.
- Collaborate with internal clients and flagship clients on projects.
- Shape and build an electrical engineering department from the ground up.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in electrical system design for commercial & industrial buildings.
- Preferred Washington and/or California PE License.
- Proficiency in electrical analysis tools (SKM, EasyPower, ETAP).
- Strong Excel skills (pivot charts, data analysis).
- Familiarity with PowerBI, SQL, DBA, and data analytics for the built environment (bonus skills).
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions.
