Responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing support and perform root cause analysis on non-conforming products.
- Support analysis of returned products to determine corrective action and coordinate repairs.
- Provide hands-on technical support in manufacturing processes, specifically for Polycarbonate panels forming.
- Define tooling requirements and collaborate during design and tooling stages.
- Work with design and development teams on new products.
- Develop Bills of Material and Manufacturing Work Instructions for current and new jobs.
- Examine processes to suggest improvements in time and quality.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering and 3+ years related experience.
- Experience in Aerospace and Defense preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or similar Continuous Improvement training preferred.
- US Citizen or Permanent Resident required.
- Ability to acquire security clearances a plus.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and technical support capabilities.
