Responsibilities
- Provide manufacturing support and conduct root cause analysis on non-conforming products.
- Analyze returned products to determine corrective actions and coordinate repairs.
- Offer technical support in manufacturing processes, particularly in Polycarbonate panels forming.
- Define tooling requirements and collaborate on tooling design.
- Work with design and development teams on new products.
- Develop Bills of Material and Manufacturing Work Instructions (Travelers).
- Examine processes and suggest improvements for time or quality revisions.
Job Requirements
- BS Degree in Engineering and 3+ years of related experience.
- Experience in Aerospace and Defense is preferred.
- Six Sigma Green Belt or similar Continuous Improvement training is preferred.
- US Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
- Ability to acquire security clearances is a plus.
