Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of mechanical engineers in robotic system design and implementation.
- Oversee the hardware development lifecycle from concept to manufacturing.
- Ensure mechanical designs meet performance, safety, cost, and reliability goals.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and product teams to resolve integration challenges.
- Create detailed 3D CAD models and engineering documentation.

Job Requirements
- 10+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
- Proficient in CAD software like Onshape and SolidWorks.
- Experience in designing for manufacturability, including CNC machining and injection molding.
- Skills in mechanical analysis, prototyping, and iterative testing.
- Ability to manage development timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills for translating engineering problems into actionable plans.
