Responsibilities
- Ensure appropriate quality plans are made for all stages of the product lifecycle.
- Validate key design inputs for usability, reliability, performance, and safety.
- Oversee the execution of the Quality Plan and Risk Management activities.
- Conduct independent technical assessments on product quality performance.
- Lead quality-related problem solving and root cause analysis during design and manufacturing.
- Utilize post-market analytics and statistics to report on product quality performance.
- Initiate field actions when required based on quality performance feedback.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of Design Quality Engineering experience in a regulated environment, preferably in Medical Devices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline, preferably Engineering.
- Experience in assessing quality plans and product designs.
- Proficiency in reviewing test and performance data and leading root cause analysis.
- Ability to perform physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
- Willingness to work in-person at least 3 days per week in an office setting.
- US work authorization is required; sponsorship is not available.
