Responsibilities
- Provide input for manufacturing requirements within the PDLM system to align with production needs.
- Implement enhancements in manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment for quality and efficiency improvements.
- Monitor performance of processes, tools, and equipment post-project handover.
- Apply lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes and minimize waste.
- Execute Capex optimization initiatives for manufacturing processes.
- Procure and install recurring equipment, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with teams on manufacturing transitions and operational challenges.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations, Engineering, or related fields; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Skills in manufacturing principles, quality monitoring, and process improvements.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fields.
- Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
- Strong analytical skills to resolve medium complexity requests.
- Experience with product lifecycle management and regulatory compliance.
