Responsibilities
- Lead local R&D teams to execute business-critical projects with high motivation and quality.
- Collaborate with Global Emergency Care R&D Leadership on long-term capability strategy.
- Leverage the broader Philips ecosystem for optimal results.
- Drive operational excellence across the end-to-end product development process.
- Ensure compliance with Philips Quality Management System (QMS).
- Adapt engineering processes to evolving market dynamics.
- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams and performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 15+ years in product development and 5+ years leading Class II medical device teams.
- Proven experience in FDA submissions and regulatory-compliant product launches.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence in global, matrixed environments.
- Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
