Responsibilities
- Lead local R&D teams to execute business-critical projects.
- Collaborate with Global Emergency Care R&D Leadership on capability strategy.
- Leverage Philips ecosystem and external partners for optimal results.
- Drive operational excellence across the product development process.
- Ensure compliance with Philips Quality Management System (QMS).
- Adapt engineering processes to evolving market dynamics.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in relevant engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 15+ years in product development and 5+ years leading Class II medical device teams.
- Proven experience with FDA submissions and regulatory-compliant product launches.
- Demonstrated leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to influence in global, matrixed environments.
- Capable of meeting physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
