Responsibilities
- Lead local R&D teams to ensure successful execution of business-critical projects.
- Collaborate with Global Emergency Care R&D Leadership on long-term capability strategy.
- Leverage the broader Philips ecosystem for optimal results.
- Drive operational excellence in the product development process with a focus on design quality.
- Ensure compliance with Philips Quality Management System (QMS).

- Manage multidisciplinary engineering teams effectively.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's / Master's Degree in relevant engineering or business fields.
- Minimum of 15+ years in product development, with 5+ years leading medical device teams.
- Proven experience in FDA submissions and regulatory-compliant product launches.
- Strong leadership capabilities in performance management and team engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for influencing in global environments.
- Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements.
- Must reside in or be within commuting distance to Bothell, WA.
