Responsibilities
- Test, troubleshoot, and repair motor control devices, switch panels, transformers, and other electrical equipment.
- Modify electrical systems to correct functional deviations.
- Troubleshoot systems with PLCs.
- Diagnose causes of electrical or mechanical malfunctions and perform maintenance.
- Assist in developing wiring diagrams and engineering specifications.
- Perform periodic electrical testing and recommend modifications or replacements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a technical school and 2 years of experience.
- Experience with AC and DC motor drive systems.
- Knowledge of power distribution systems (120V – 480V).
- Understanding of NFPA 70E and OSHA requirements.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
