Responsibilities
- Partner with scientists to define system requirements and interfaces.
- Lead vendor engagements, managing scope, design reviews, and schedules.
- Coordinate site preparation and installation with contractors.
- Plan and execute acceptance testing with vendors; define criteria and run tests.
- Create runbooks and user training for lab systems operation.
Job Requirements
- BS in Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related engineering field.
- 3+ years of experience in commissioning complex lab or manufacturing equipment.
- Familiarity with instrumentation and control basics.
- Hands-on experience with installation and testing of lab equipment.
- Strong documentation and communication skills with vendors and teams.
- Bonus: Experience with acceptance qualification and robotics systems.
- Bonus: Background in advanced manufacturing or labs.
