Responsibilities
- Build and maintain test plans for new product development and sustaining engineering activities
- Perform product validation and verification using testing equipment and custom machinery
- Design, build, and automate custom test rigs/fixtures for exercise equipment
- Write test reports and provide status updates to the team
- Provide technical support to technicians for testing activities
- Use six sigma tools for root cause and failure analysis
- Supervise and implement test processes and data flow
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Education in Mechanical Engineering; M.S. preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- National Instruments LabVIEW certification preferred
- Six sigma certification preferred
- Skills in 3D Modeling (Solidworks) and Statistical Analysis (Python, R, Minitab)
- Automation skills and PLC programming experience are a plus
