Responsibilities
- Update CMMs for FSD E and lead a Kaizen to standardize R Card data entry.
- Participate in disassembly, inspection, and assembly of fuel pumps, translating hands-on learning into technical documentation.
- Facilitate cross-functional Kaizen to enhance leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Acquire knowledge of various engineering department operations and workflows.
- Engage in hands-on projects and special assignments.
- Conduct analysis and modeling, engage in product design, and develop testing procedures.
- Maintain communication with program coach/mentor and attend related training.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in a bachelor’s or advanced degree program in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work effectively in various engineering assignments.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team member.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Compliance with drug-free workplace policies.
- Eligibility for U.S. export compliance and government contracting requirements.
