Responsibilities
- Lead and manage product development engineering teams.
- Define engineering plans and ensure program objectives are met.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a science technical discipline; Master's preferred.
- 10-12 years of related experience, with at least 4 years in a management role.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly desired.
- Proficient in project management and engineering analysis tools.
- Ability to influence team objectives and foster collaboration.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of government regulations and industry practices.
