Responsibilities
- Acquire knowledge in engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Design and Manufacturing.
- Gain experience in hardware testing and project management.
- Learn about new product development and daily engineering operations.
- Utilize the Learning Management System for compliance training.
- Understand document and drawing control processes.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate effectively.
- Participate in various engineering tasks and support activities.
Job Requirements
- Enrollment in an accredited university engineering program, preferably Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
- Limited or no prior work experience in the industry.
- Fundamental knowledge of engineering principles and techniques.
- Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office.
- CAD knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work with general direction and prioritize assignments.
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
