Responsibilities

  • Acquire knowledge and experience in engineering disciplines such as Mechanical Design and Manufacturing.
  • Gain exposure to hardware testing, drawing standards, and analytical methods.
  • Learn about new product development and day-to-day engineering processes.
  • Participate in training through the Learning Management System to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Understand document and drawing control processes for change control and reviews.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to projects.
  • Apply judgment in selecting procedures and techniques for assignments.

Job Requirements

  • Enrolled in an engineering program at an accredited university, preferably in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
  • Limited or no prior work experience in the related industry.
  • Fundamental knowledge of engineering principles and concepts.
  • Proficiency with basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office; CAD knowledge is a plus.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow general direction.
  • Commitment to a drug-free workplace and compliance with U.S. export regulations.
