Responsibilities
- Perform complex engineering assignments and advanced technical investigations.
- Plan, conduct, and manage technical portions of assigned projects.
- Drive completion of all project phases within timelines and budgets.
- Provide technical presentations and support to customers and suppliers.
- Serve as an expert resource for less experienced engineers.
- Research and implement new engineering practices to enhance operations.
- Design custom End of Arm Tools (EOAT) and electromechanical systems.
Job Requirements
- BS in Engineering (BSME, EE or MET), preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or Controls Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in Robotics, especially in advanced robotics and vision for small assembly and packaging.
- Experience in CAD Design 3D (Unigraphics/Solidworks).
- Knowledge of robots and cobots for assembling small-scale items.
- Design experience with custom EOAT and electromechanical equipment.
- Ability to conduct technical investigations and manage project timelines.
- Strong communication skills for technical presentations and customer interactions.
