Responsibilities
- Generate required technical inputs for proposals and support NPD Program Management.
- Participate in Sale Order Kick-Off meetings and review design engineering requirements.
- Close requirement gaps identified during SOKO meetings.
- Maintain technical design data and documentation for new product development.
- Document lessons learned throughout the contract life cycle.
- Provide input as the technical point of contact for engineering-related efforts.
- Participate in problem-solving team activities related to development anomalies and customer complaints.
Job Requirements
- B.S. degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Working knowledge of engineering tools (DOE, DFMA, FMEA).
- Proficiency in SolidWorks or similar solid modeling software.
- Familiarity with military/aerospace design and development requirements.
- Strong communication skills for conveying technical knowledge.
- Interpersonal skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
