Responsibilities

  • Create and tailor quality planning for program teams and suppliers.
  • Ensure Quality Engineering engagement in program development and design.
  • Lead teams in problem resolution and continuous improvement activities.
  • Guide program performance using predictive and proactive measures.
  • Act as the Business Owner of the Supplier Quality Management processes.
  • Lead supplier quality audits and develop Incoming Quality Control processes.
  • Communicate status effectively using collaboration tools.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality, Engineering, or Operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of Supplier Quality Management practices.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems ISO 9001 and/or AS9000.
  • Ability to interface with Product Development Engineering resources.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or in teams.
  • Knowledge of Root Cause and Corrective Action methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
