Responsibilities
- Create and tailor quality planning for program teams and suppliers.
- Ensure Quality Engineering engagement in program development and design.
- Lead teams in problem resolution and continuous improvement activities.
- Guide program performance using predictive and proactive measures.
- Act as the Business Owner of the Supplier Quality Management processes.
- Lead supplier quality audits and develop Incoming Quality Control processes.
- Communicate status effectively using collaboration tools.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Quality, Engineering, or Operations.
- Extensive knowledge of Supplier Quality Management practices.
- Familiarity with Quality Management Systems ISO 9001 and/or AS9000.
- Ability to interface with Product Development Engineering resources.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently or in teams.
- Knowledge of Root Cause and Corrective Action methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
