Responsibilities
- Develop machine learning and computer vision models for robotics applications, including hand pose estimation and gesture recognition.
- Design and implement ML pipelines for dataset collection and algorithm experimentation.
- Create experimental protocols for human-subjects research and collaborate on multimodal data collection.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to leverage cutting-edge technology and resources.
- Analyze complex multimodal data from various sources.
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure effective communication and research output.
- Debug and bring up prototype/scientific software-hardware systems.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or relevant field.
- Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in advanced machine learning techniques.
- 5+ years of experience with deep learning frameworks and Python programming.
- 2+ years of experience in robotics-related research.
- Track record of research output published in top conferences and journals.
- Experience designing data collection protocols and constructing high-quality ML datasets.
