Responsibilities
- Provide electrical engineering support to regional facilities and central plants.
- Perform electrical studies and design related to projects and power distribution.
- Plan and prepare designs, specifications, and estimates compliant with regulations.
- Monitor power systems for alarms and investigate issues as needed.
- Evaluate bids and contractor information, and inspect construction work.
- Analyze and determine root causes of factory outages or equipment loss.
- Identify and implement energy and cost reduction projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a complex production environment.
- Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Visual Basic.
- Root cause problem-solving skills.
- AutoCAD experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis software.
