Responsibilities
- Perform electrical studies and design activities related to power distribution infrastructure.
- Plan and prepare designs, specifications, and estimates compliant with regulations and codes.
- Organize electrical switching procedures for infrastructure maintenance.
- Monitor power systems for alarms and investigate issues as needed.
- Evaluate bids and contractor information for projects.
- Conduct failure mode and effect analyses (FMEA) on facility systems.
- Lead cross-functional teams to support manufacturing and operations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in a complex production environment.
- Licensed Professional Engineer preferred.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills and knowledge of Visual Basic.
- Root cause problem-solving skills.
- AutoCAD experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of statistical analysis software.
