Silicon Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Conduct GPU and SoC system qualification and feature checks.
  • Perform reliability stress testing and participate in High-Temperature Operating Life (HTOL) tests.
  • Build scripts for automation and data parsing.
  • Deliver silicon aging results for product aging modeling.
  • Lead silicon aging debug meetings and collaborate with multi-functional teams.
  • Validate reliability stress hardware and software infrastructures.
  • Engage in system-level debugging and analyze performance, power, speed, and reliability features of chips.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Microelectronics/Electrical/Electronic/Physics or equivalent experience.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in semiconductor reliability.
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of frequency power thermal constraints and failure analysis techniques.
  • Experience in silicon design/bring-up and system-level debugging.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages like Python and/or JavaScript.
  • Understanding of PC architecture and commonly used buses.
