Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the SLT engineering lab, including system setups.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians, including conducting meetings and training.
- Perform system-level debugging, validation, and data collection.

Job Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
- 5+ years of overall experience, with 2+ years in system-level test product engineering and lab management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Experience with inventory management and budgeting.
- Knowledge of hardware interfaces and protocols.
- Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety standards in a lab setting.
