Responsibilities

  • Participate in quality-related conference calls and meetings.
  • Track key quality metrics and report to the quality engineering team.
  • Coordinate customer audits for NVIDIA HQ and contract manufacturers.
  • Manage critical customer issues and provide direction to teams.
  • Prepare customer presentations on root causes and recovery plans.
  • Write and review 8D reports for customer communication.
  • Drive internal problem resolution and coordinate across engineering teams.

Job Requirements

  • BS or MS in electrical engineering, quality, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in an electronics customer quality role.
  • Experience interfacing with customers.
  • Proficiency in 8D problem-solving tools/methods.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Organizational and program management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analytical tools.
