Responsibilities
- Lead and manage autonomous system projects from concept to deployment.
- Work cross-functionally with teams across perception, behavior, localization, mapping, systems, and operations.
- Supervise the development of behavior and decision-making algorithms.
- Oversee testing and validation of autonomous systems in real-world environments.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to autonomy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing project updates.
- Implement agile project management practices to meet technical milestones.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering/Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Math/Physics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience managing technical projects in autonomy or robotics.
- Experience with autonomous AI systems development and hardware/software integration.
- Strong knowledge of algorithms, sensors, and data fusion techniques.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
- Strong understanding of agile project management principles.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
